No. John made me go for a run the other day... I'm trying to get back on schedule. Mornings are hard though. Energy is hard.

It's fine. I don't really talk or anything during it though, so it'll be quiet company.

Quiet is fine. I usually listen to music while I run anyways. I can pace set for the running club without talking luckily. I normally do morning runs with them and evening runs alone. Just gotta....get back into the swing of things.
